3D pre-visualisation — the venue, rig and sightlines modelled before the event so the look is approved in advance. 3D modelling, renders and CAD layouts. Quoted separately as an add-on, not included in equipment rental by default.

- What does noir13 do?
- noir13 rents professional sound, lighting and LED video equipment and takes on the full technical side of events – planning, install, running the shift and teardown – in Belgrade and across Serbia. 3D pre-visualisation is available as an additional service.
- Do you work outside Belgrade?
- Yes. The company is based in Belgrade and covers the whole territory of Serbia.
- What equipment do you work with?
- Sound: Allen & Heath, Behringer, Electro-Voice, JBL, Midas, Nexo, Pioneer DJ, Sennheiser, Shure, Turbosound, Yamaha – with wireless, vocal, instrument, drum and gooseneck microphones. Lighting: retro lighting, hexaline, PAR, bar, wash, beam, BSW and fresnel fixtures, moving heads, strobes. LED video processing: NovaStar.
- How fast do you reply to an enquiry?
- The first reply comes within one business day. The itemised quote follows once the brief is clear – a small kit can be quoted the same day, a full production takes longer.
- Which languages can we communicate in?
- English, Russian and Serbian – both in correspondence and with the crew on site.
- Is 3D pre-visualisation included?
- No. It is an additional service, quoted separately from equipment rental.
- How do I request a quote?

- What kinds of events do you cover?
- Concerts, festivals, corporate events, conferences, launches, clubs and DJ sets, weddings, galas, brand events and product presentations.
- Do you provide a technician, or just the gear?
- Usually with a technician. Simpler kits can go out as dry hire; anything that needs rigging, programming or live operating comes with an engineer on the shift. Decided per project.
